About

Psychedelic therapy is about YOU…your needs, your hopes for change, your life. It is my job to create a safe, welcoming environment for you to work on the goals we set together.

People begin or return to their healing journey for all sorts of reasons. But often the catalyst is a significant life transition. Relationships are suffering, personal issues are becoming too difficult to take, or a particular challenge/situation has arisen. Perhaps the trauma you’ve experienced is disrupting your day to day life too much. The discomfort has become too great.

“We change our behavior when the pain of staying the same becomes greater than the pain of changing.”

Some wise folks won’t actually wait until the crisis hits. They come in to gain insight about themselves and their history. They take preventative measures and can do more meaningful work while NOT in crisis. To develop skills.

Regardless of the catalyst, each person seeking healing is in pain: pain ranging from mild twinges of discomfort to chronic, intense despair. People seek psychedelic healing hoping for a solution…for relief. And that is exactly what I can offer you.

Relief.

Like with most things that are good for us, the hardest part is STARTING. It takes some time to build momentum in a positive direction. That’s why making the call is the most difficult, yet crucial, part.

I am here to help add momentum, direction, and accountability to your journey. If making change was easy to do on your own, you would have done it already!

Let me add my energy and expertise to your desire for change. Let me create and hold the space you need to do safe journey-work.

And help you create a satisfying and intentional life.

“Change is hard at first, messy in the middle,
and gorgeous at the end.”

Robin Sharma

For couples, the best time for therapy is right when you start to notice a disconnection. Just like a car, it is easier to do a relational “tune-up” than to wait until the engine blows!

About Me

Psychedelic-assisted therapy is a profound practice and a privilege I do not take lightly, especially since plant medicine is involved. Each time a new client or couple comes to visit me, I am deeply moved by your bravery and vulnerability.

You have chosen to be pro-active about your lives and refuse to suffer any longer. It’s a priceless decision to invest in yourself and your future.

“There is a wealth of information built into us … tucked away in the genetic material in every one of our cells … without some means of access, there is no way even to begin to guess at the extent and quality of what is there.

The psychedelic drugs allow exploration of this interior world and insights into its nature.”

-ALEXANDER SHULGIN

I moved to Colorado in 2014. I am licensed to practice as an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist). Since coming here, I have had extensive specialized training in EMDR, IFS, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy.

I saw the healing potential of cannabis and psychedelics and kept a close eye on the PTSD studies sponsored by MAPS.

Feeling inspired from my own personal healing journey, I pursued training with Medicinal Mindfulness in Boulder, CO, namely Psychedelic Sitters School.

I completed the Advanced Level 3 psychedelic therapy training with their program in 2020. This included almost 200 hours of hands-on psychedelic guiding, ethics training, and journey experience.

I continue to be involved with their program because I love the Medicinal Mindfulness community. We respect the power and wisdom of cannabis and the healing potential she offers.

On a more personal note, my husband and I live in the Highland neighborhood in Denver, CO enjoying the perks of the city while escaping to the mountains to camp on weekends.

To practice what I preach, I use mindfulness in the form of meditation and yoga at Better Buzz Yoga in Sunnyside…sometimes cannabis-assisted. Lifting at the gym and mindfulness walks with my dog, Pax, are my strongest self-care resources.

Like many transplant Coloradans, I spend my time camping, hiking, brewery hopping, supporting the local sports teams, and finding any other excuse to be outside sun worship.
