and the therapy + journeywork services we offer:

You can trust the therapists at Conscious Pathways are:

  1. Highly trained in couples therapy specifically. As MFTs, their entire masters or post-masters has been concentrated on couples/relationship therapy specifically. Plus, most have additional training in specific advanced methods of couples therapy.
  2. Trauma-informed. This means that each therapist is aware of how trauma affects the mind, heart, and body. Plus, we more deeply understand how we are affected by the relationships and systems we live in like work, family, and society at large.
  3. Practicing what they preach. Each therapist on the Conscious Pathways team is committed to her own growth journey and having healthy interpersonal relationships. We are in our own therapy and doing the work.
  4. In community. This team was formed to not just support the relationships of folks in Denver and Wheat Ridge, but also for therapists to support one another. We meet regularly to consult, connect, support one another, and make sure we are accountable to delivering therapy of the highest standard.

Each therapist operates as her own entity but under my mentorship. Therefore, each therapist makes her own schedule and chooses the clients she feel most equipped to work with.

All therapists in the collective will also certainly see folks for individual therapy as well. In our experience, finding a great couples therapist seems to be a bit harder because it’s a specialty service. So we advertise that more up front. But we are all happy to see individual clients as well. Especially if you are looking for support with relationship issues.

If you reach out to me via this website for couples therapy, you will receive a response within 48 business hours. It may be from someone else on the team who has availability to take new clients within the next two weeks. This will provide less wait time and hoops to jump through as we try to get you help as fast as possible!

I always have a waitlist at this point in my practice. So feel free to let me know if you would like to be on the waitlist or if it’s okay for someone with availability in the collective to reach out to you ASAP!

*If you are currently a therapist in the Denver Metro looking to join the collective, please reach out to me directly at [email protected] and I’d be happy to discuss that possibility! Current MFTs and LMFTs will be given priority.
